A Realtor is an agent or a broker who belongs to the local or state board of Realtors, which is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. A Realtor is spelled with a capital R as this is a trademark. A Realtor follows a code of ethics that required by the state license laws and, most importantly, sponsors the MLS.
