Withdrawing an Offerr

Once the contract is agreed upon and signed by both the seller and buyer, it is difficult to get out of the contract without legal repercussions.

When can you get out of the deal?

  • You can withdraw an offer before the seller has accepted and signed.
  • Either party can walk away at any time during the offer or counter offer process.
  • If any of the contingencies are not met, you may be able to withdraw the offer.
