This
is the final step in selling your home. This is when money
and keys are exchanged.
It may be helpful to hire the services of and an
escrow company, who can assign an agent to draw up a settlement
statement and distribute the funds at closing. When selling
your home yourself, you will need to make sure you have
all the available information for the agent such as the
deed and property tax statements.
