Negotiating the Deal |
Face
to face negotiations are difficult. This is often the
only reason people like to use an agent. But otherwise,
do not take any of this personally and try to keep emotion
out of the transaction. You should at this stage have
looked over your home critically and should now be prepared
with any comments and answers. An example is if someone
tells you the kitchen cabinets are shabby, you can always
say the list price takes this into consideration or if
they do not like the cabinets they can select something
different.
