The
offer needs to include the following at the very least:
- Name of buyer and seller
- Name of brokers involved
- Address and legal description of property - This
need to be the address as per government records
- Offer price, deposit or earnest money amount and
down payment amount
- Loan type and time limit for obtaining financing
and closing on the home
- Contingencies - this will probably include the contingency
that the offer is valid only if the buyer can obtain
financing and is a pretty standard contingency
- Terms - this includes such things as what personal
property is included
