Another
option for showing your home is an open house. An open
house generally happens on the weekend for two or three
hours. This is when people without scheduled appointments
can come and wander through your home to inspect it. You
can decide if you want to do a few open houses or just
see people by appointments or you can do both.
Open Houses do have the hazard that people who
are really not interested in purchasing your home can
come and wander through to be nosy. |
