If your marketing works you
will get people to visit and inspect your home. When people
call to set up appointments make sure you provide all
the relevant information such as directions and parking.
You will also want to give them a description of your
home and the list price.
Some potential buyers may just knock on your front door
and how you handle this is up to you. You may ask them
to make an appointment for a showing or you may decide
the interruption is worth it.
